East Neuk cottage will generally be available from Friday to Friday in high season. In low season flexible arrival dates and short midweek or weekend breaks are available.

A £100 cleaning and laundry charge will be applied to all bookings of less than 7 nights. A security deposit of 25% of the full rental due (minimum £100) is payable to confirm a booking. The security deposit will be non refundable in the event of cancellation. The full rental amount plus a housekeeping deposit of £100 is due 6 weeks prior to the let, unless it is a late booking when both are due in full at the time of booking. See terms and conditions for refund of housekeeping deposit. Payment can be made by cheque, cash or internet bank transfer. Owner will provide necessary details. The rental price includes electricity, oil (for the central heating), bed linen, towels (to be used in the cottage only) and unlimited wi-fi. Pets are only allowed by arrangement with the owner and pre-payment of a £20 additional cleaning charge. In the winter coal for the fire will be available and is charged at £5.00 per bucket. Money to be left at the end of guests' stay. A 'starter pack' of kindling and newspapers will be provided free of charge.
